Charge trackside.
Between sessions.
Battery to battery, straight DC — no inverter, no AC charger, no losses in between. Half a 7.3 kWh Stark Varg battery in about 30 minutes at 7.5 kW peak, in a case one person carries to the paddock.
Buy the charge rate you need.
Add modules later.
Every DC1 ships with the same 6.1 kWh pack. Charge rate is set by how many 2.5 kW modules are in the bay — one, two or three.
Modules are field-installable and cost €500 each. Start at 2.5 kW for practice days and add a module when the race calendar tightens up.
Four sessions on one trackday
Start at 100%, run 35% per session, DC charge for 30–40 minutes in between.

The €1,695 price difference comes back in fuel alone at roughly €14 saved per trackday — before you count the sessions the generator bike sits out.
Assumptions: 7.3 kWh bike battery, 6.1 kWh DC1 pack, 90% charge efficiency, 35% consumed per session on hard pack, €0.20/kWh grid, €1.85/l petrol, generator 1.5 l/h running roughly 5.5 h per trackday.
An €800 generator tops out at 3 kW — too slow to make the next session. The box charges 2.5× faster, runs silent, and pays the difference back in fuel.
